StillWithMe is currently in MVP beta. Before paid launch, we will add order lookup, refund request, and in-app support flows.
Generation issues
- If you see a rate limit message, wait a little and try again.
- If safety review blocks a generation, try a clearer, ordinary pet photo without sensitive elements.
- If billing or configuration fails, the backend model account should be checked.
Payments and refunds
Current plan cards are beta placeholders and do not charge real money. When paid features launch, Web orders will use Stripe or PayPal support paths. iOS orders will follow Apple IAP refund flows. Android orders will follow Google Play refund flows.
